East Jasper School District – Important Updates & Reminders
The East Jasper School District would like to inform parents, students, and staff of the following important updates and reminders for the week of October 22–24:
Wednesday, October 22 – 60% Day Dismissal
Heidelberg High / Heidelberg Junior High: Dismissal at 11:50 a.m.
The New William J. Berry Elementary: Dismissal at 12:05 p.m.
Thursday, October 23 – Regular School Day
All students are expected to report to campus for regular classes.
The Parent Conference and Report Card Pick-Up, originally scheduled for Thursday, October 24, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later date.
Game Day – Heidelberg Oilers vs. Kemper County
Kick-off: 4:00 p.m. at W.C. Jones Stadium
Please note that attendance will be limited, and the game will not be open to the general public.
Players, coaches, and administrators from both teams will receive a limited number of tickets for their attendees to purchase.
Lists of approved attendees will be maintained at both the Visitor and Home gates.
All attendees must present a valid photo ID before purchasing a ticket or entering the stadium.
Friday, October 24 – Regular School Day
All students will attend regular classes as scheduled.
